1)All what you need is limited account (it works in school computers)
2)Download this program and set it on memory stick or disket or cd or dvd or anything what u have
3)when you come computer where you wanna ADMINISTRATOR account just run this program and it make new Adminisitrator account . It make it , i set it call youtube and password when u logging in is JSKAKO .
4)Restart computer and login in "youtube" account and you have ADMINISTRATOR powers
